Dr. Fawad Khan

Dr. Fawad Khan is a Staff Physician in the Longevity Medicine Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Cancer Institute, where he leads the Hereditary High-Risk and Longevity Medicine Programs. He is a Family Medicine Consultant with specialized training in medical breast care and cancer genomics, and previously served as Chairman of the Primary Care department. With 23 years of clinical experience, he combines primary care expertise with oncology-focused prevention and survivorship.

Dr. Khan's practice centers on identifying and managing patients at high genetic or lifestyle risk for cancer. He spearheaded the Hereditary High-Risk Program in 2022, which uses precision prevention and personalized care plans to reduce cancer risk in vulnerable populations. He also leads the Longevity Medicine Program, designed to support cancer survivors after treatment and guide their ongoing care through a multidisciplinary team approach.

Before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Khan served as Medical Director for Mediclinic Group, overseeing 22 ambulatory centers and leading a team of over 170 physicians across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. He is well-suited for patients seeking preventive cancer screening, genetic risk assessment, hereditary cancer counseling, and ongoing care after cancer treatment.
