Dr. Abdulraheem Khalaf

Dr. Abdulraheem Khalaf is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Emirates Hospital Day Surgery – Khalidiyah in Abu Dhabi, bringing over five decades of medical experience. He graduated from the University of Baghdad, College of Medicine in 1972, and went on to achieve MRCP (UK) in 1981 and fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 1997. His career has spanned Iraq, the United Kingdom, Qatar, and the UAE, where he has held leadership roles including Head of the Endoscopy Unit at Gulf Diagnostic Centre Hospital and Madinat Zayed Hospital. He also served as an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at Baghdad University.

Dr. Khalaf specializes in diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy, including upper endoscopy (gastroscopy), colonoscopy, and capsule endoscopy.
