Dr. Haamid Siddique

Dr. Haamid Siddique is a Staff Physician in the Critical Care Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Section Head of Neuro Critical Care. He holds board certifications in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. With 23 years of clinical experience, he has worked across leading hospitals in the United States before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Siddique specializes in managing critically ill patients with complex conditions including acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis, multi-organ failure, pneumonia, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). He is experienced in mechanical ventilation and intensive care medicine. Prior to his current role, he served as a Consultant in Pulmonary and Critical Care at Beaumont Hospital in Michigan, where he also directed the Pulmonary Mobility Unit and served as Associate Director of Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

He received his medical degree from Gulbarga University in India, completed internal medicine residency training at Creighton University in Nebraska, and completed specialized fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care medicine at University of Wisconsin. His clinical approach emphasizes patient education, having co-developed award-winning patient education videos recognized by the American Thoracic Society.
