Dr. Srinivas Janga

Dr Srinivas Janga is a specialist neurosurgeon based at Canadian Specialist Hospital in Dubai, with over 20 years of experience in brain and spine surgery. He completed his neurosurgery training at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad, India—one of the country's leading neuroscience centres—and worked as a consultant neurosurgeon in India for 12 years at major hospitals including Apollo, Global, and Fortis Healthcare before moving to the UAE. He holds advanced fellowship training in endoscopic spine surgery from the Republic of Korea.

Dr Janga specializes in minimally invasive and keyhole spine procedures, including endoscopic discectomy (a technique he has particular expertise in), microdiscectomy, spinal fusion, and pain-relief procedures such as radiofrequency ablation and epidural injections. He treats conditions ranging from slipped discs and spinal stenosis to spinal fractures and tumours, and offers both surgical and non-surgical management of back, neck, and leg pain. He was among the first in India to establish endoscopic spine surgery programmes and has trained other surgeons in these techniques.
