Dr. Kadumplayil Sebastian Mathew is an internal medicine physician with over 18 years of clinical experience. He completed his MBBS from Trivandrum Medical College, where he earned gold medals in both Medicine and Paediatrics. He went on to complete his MD in Medicine from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, followed by MRCP (UK) qualification from London and a Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians, London (FRCP) in 2007. He currently practises at NMC Specialty Hospital in Al Ain.
Dr. Mathew has particular expertise in gastroenterology and endoscopy procedures. He spent over 15 years at Al Ain Hospital (1992–2007), where he led the gastrointestinal endoscopy unit. Before that, he gained additional training in endoscopy at Middlesex Hospital in Al Ain and St. James Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
