Dr. Andrew Ives

Dr. Andrew Ives is a Consultant in Pediatric Pulmonology at Danat Al Emarat Hospital in Abu Dhabi. He holds a Fellowship of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (FRCPCH) from the UK and trained extensively at some of Britain's leading respiratory centers. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cambridge and completed specialized training at Imperial College London before undertaking three years of advanced pediatric pulmonology training at the Royal Brompton Hospital under Professor Andrew Bush, a leading authority in the field.

Dr. Ives diagnoses and manages a broad range of childhood respiratory conditions, including asthma, chronic lung disease, sleep-disordered breathing, cystic fibrosis, and complex respiratory infections. He is an active member of the British Paediatric Respiratory Society, the British Thoracic Society, and the European Respiratory Society, reflecting his ongoing engagement with the academic and clinical communities in respiratory medicine.

He works with children of all ages and takes a committed approach to advancing pediatric respiratory care through both direct patient care and professional involvement.
