Dr. Ksenia Stafeeva

Dr. Ksenia Stafeeva is a Staff Physician in the Ophthalmology Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Integrated Surgical Institute. She brings 19 years of experience in eye care, having trained entirely in the United States and co-owned a highly regarded private ophthalmology practice in Las Vegas for over a decade, where she was repeatedly recognized as a Las Vegas Top Doctor—a peer-reviewed distinction awarded annually.

Dr. Stafeeva is a recognized high-volume surgeon with particular expertise in cataract and corneal surgery. She has performed more than 15,000 cataract surgeries using laser technologies and completed more than 1,500 corneal transplants using multiple surgical techniques. Beyond surgery, she has additional expertise in ocular surface disorders and reconstructive eye procedures. She is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has published research in peer-reviewed journals including Clinical Ophthalmology.

Dr. Stafeeva trained at leading US institutions: she graduated at the top of her medical school class from Drexel University, completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Colorado, and completed a cornea fellowship at UCLA. She previously served as an assistant professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Medicine, mentoring medical students and residents.
