Dr. Mohamed Alraqabani Almteiri

Dr. Mohamed Alraqabani Almteiri is a consultant cardiologist based at Dubai Health in Dubai. He completed his medical degree (MB BCh BAO) at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2002, followed by postgraduate training in the United Kingdom where he gained membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) in 2010. He obtained his specialist qualification in cardiology through the Arab Board of Health Specializations in 2019.

Dr. Almteiri has spent nearly two decades in cardiology practice across the UAE. He began his career at Fujairah Hospital (2003–2006) before moving to Dubai Health, where he has been based since 2006. His clinical work encompasses the management of acute coronary events, cardiac rhythm disorders, and preventive cardiology screening. His published research includes studies on cardiac complications in hospitalized COVID-19 patients and the use of coronary CT angiography for risk assessment in asymptomatic individuals with a family history of heart disease.
