Dr. Hicham Abada is Division Chair of Interventional Radiology and Imaging at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Diagnostics Institute. With 28 years of clinical experience, he has built a career across three continents, training in Belgium and France before holding Associate Professor positions at the University of Kentucky and University of Iowa. Dr. Abada specializes in treating peripheral vascular disease, uterine fibroids, liver cancer, and post-partum bleeding through catheter-based techniques that avoid open surgery. He co-developed one of Paris's leading post-partum hemorrhage programs and has led clinical programs including the Uterine Fibroid Embolization and Peripheral Vascular Imaging services.
