Dr. Kourosh Ghaznavi

Dr. Kourosh Ghaznavi is a Consultant Rheumatologist at Iranian Hospital with over 26 years of clinical experience. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, and trained at leading institutions in Iran including Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (Internal Medicine, 1997–2001) and Tehran University of Medical Sciences (Rheumatology, 2004). He previously held key roles at the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and the Rheumatology Research Center in Iran, and now practices across well-established hospitals and specialty clinics in Dubai.

Dr. Ghaznavi's clinical expertise spans the full breadth of rheumatology: he diagnoses and manages autoimmune disorders, inflammatory joint conditions, and osteoporosis. He performs ultrasound-guided joint and tendon injections, offers non-surgical treatment for spine, muscle, and joint problems, and prescribes modern biologic therapies for autoimmune diseases. His research interests focus on osteoporosis diagnosis and musculoskeletal ultrasound techniques.
