Dr. Yasmine Haddad

Yasmine Haddad is a licensed clinical dietitian with more than 15 years of experience in therapeutic nutrition and dietary management. She holds a Master of Science in Food Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, both from the American University of Beirut. Since May 2025, she has been part of the Mediclinic Middle East team at City Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City, where she provides evidence-based nutritional care to both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Dr. Haddad specializes in eating disorders, including avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) and other complex feeding conditions, for which she is trained and certified in cognitive behavioural therapy enhanced (CBT-E). She also has extensive experience in pediatric nutrition, obesity management, and nutrition support for patients with mental health and neurological conditions. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse clinical settings, from helping establish one of Dubai's first diet centers in 2008 to working with multidisciplinary teams in specialized pediatric and mental health facilities.

Yasmine is recognized as a subject matter expert on nutrition awareness and regularly speaks at major international conferences, including the International Pediatric Medical Congress and the Middle Eastern Alliance of Parental and Enteral Nutrition Congress. She is an active member of the Academy of Eating Disorders and the NNedPro Global Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health.
