Dr. Sara Ahmadi

Dr. Sara Ahmadi is an Afghan-Canadian emergency physician with 13 years of clinical experience. She holds the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) and is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority. Since 2015, she has worked as a senior independent GP in the Emergency Department at Saudi German Hospital Dubai, where she manages 40–60 patients per shift across walk-in, urgent, and emergency settings.

Dr. Ahmadi earned her medical degree from Iran University of Medical Sciences in Tehran and completed advanced licensing examinations in Canada, including the LMCC and NAC OSCE for Family Physicians. She also holds a license in General Internal and Family Medicine from Kabul, Afghanistan. Her clinical expertise spans trauma and multiple injuries, critical heart and breathing emergencies, general surgery, neurology, burns, dermatology, paediatric emergencies, and obstetrics and gynaecology emergencies. She is an ACLS and BLS instructor and actively teaches medical students, residents, and observers during emergency medicine rotations.

Dr. Ahmadi emphasizes patient-centred care, quality improvement, and coordinated multidisciplinary management with proper referrals and follow-up after specialist treatment. She is fluent in English and Urdu, making her accessible to diverse patient populations.
