Dr. David Cremonesini

Dr David Cremonesini is a consultant paediatrician trained in the UK with over 25 years of experience since 1997. He studied at Oxford University and completed specialist training in London, working at the renowned Royal Brompton Hospital where he focused on children's breathing problems. In 2018 he graduated with an MSc in Allergy from the University of Southampton. He has been a consultant paediatrician in the UK since 2010 and worked at American Hospital Dubai from 2014 to 2016.

Dr Cremonesini is a general paediatrician with a special focus on allergy and immunology. He performs skin prick tests and supervised food challenge tests to diagnose allergies accurately. He manages the full range of allergic conditions including food allergy, asthma, eczema, hives and severe reactions (anaphylaxis), offering comprehensive care in his clinic.
