Dr. Murielle Bertin

Dr. Murielle Bertin is a specialist anaesthetist with more than 15 years of experience managing anaesthesia across diverse clinical settings. She is a European board certified anaesthetist-intensivist, qualified by the Belgian Board of Anesthesia and the Belgian Ministry of Health. Currently at Mediclinic City Hospital, she previously served as head of the anaesthesia department at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital and has worked in hospitals throughout Belgium, France, and Dubai.

Dr. Bertin's clinical expertise spans cardiothoracic anaesthesia, paediatric anaesthesia (care for children), obstetric anaesthesia (managing pain during childbirth and caesarean sections), high-risk cases, local and regional anaesthesia techniques, and acute pain management. Her depth of experience managing anaesthesia in complex cardiothoracic and obstetric cases, combined with her training in critical care as an intensivist, positions her to handle both routine and challenging anaesthetic requirements across patient groups from children to adults.
