Dr. Almurtadha Mula kh

Dr. Almurtadha is a UK-certified consultant medical oncologist with extensive experience across the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. He trained through the Royal College of Physicians and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Oncology from the Institute of Cancer Research, Royal Cancer Hospital. Prior to joining American Hospital Dubai, he worked as a consultant at University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust and Salisbury District Hospital in the UK, and at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Almurtadha treats a broad range of solid tumors including gastrointestinal, breast, and genitourinary cancers, as well as rare malignancies such as sarcomas and gliomas. He is skilled in all modern systemic anti-cancer treatments: immunotherapy (harnessing the immune system to fight cancer), targeted therapies (drugs designed for specific cancer mutations), chemotherapy, and hormonal treatments. He uses precision medicine approaches based on advanced molecular and genetic testing to tailor treatment to each patient's cancer profile.
