Dr. Rasha Alasmi

Dr Rasha Alasmi is an Obstetrics and Gynaecology Specialist at NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi with over 10 years of clinical experience. She completed her medical degree (MBBS) from Damascus University in 2010, followed by a Master's degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the same institution in 2016. She holds the Arab Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology since 2017. Dr Rasha began her career as a resident doctor at Maternity University Hospital in Syria for 6 years, and later worked as a specialist in prominent private hospitals in both Syria and the UAE before joining NMC Healthcare.

Dr Rasha provides comprehensive care across the full spectrum of women's health, with particular expertise in pregnancy management. She specializes in evaluating normal and high-risk pregnancies, managing early pregnancy complications such as miscarriage and recurrent miscarriage, and delivering both vaginal and caesarean section care.
