Dr. Rita Daaboul

Dr. Rita Daaboul is an Australian general surgeon with over 20 years of experience across multiple surgical specialties. She trained extensively in Australia, completing her general surgery qualification with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and undertaking specialized fellowship training in breast oncology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Sydney Cancer Centre. She also completed melanoma fellowship training with the Sydney Melanoma Unit and Melanoma Institute Australia. After 13 years of successful independent practice in Sydney—working in both private and public hospital systems—she moved to Dubai in 2019 and has since worked across several hospitals in the emirate.

Dr. Daaboul's expertise spans functional surgery (keyhole gallbladder removal, hernia repair, endoscopy), melanoma and skin cancer surgery, and comprehensive breast care. She performs breast cancer screening, tissue-conserving breast surgery, all types of mastectomy (including nipple-sparing approaches), sentinel lymph node biopsies, and therapeutic breast reshaping.
