Dr. Neda Al Ghazo

Dr. Neda Al Ghazo is a neonatologist with a decade of clinical experience caring for newborns in intensive care settings. She holds an MBBS from 2009 and completed her higher speciality degree in paediatrics and neonatology in 2015 from Jordan University of Science and Technology. She has trained and worked across multiple continents, including roles with International Rescue Committee, Médecins Sans Frontières, and International Medical Corps, as well as serving as a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine at JUST. She also worked at King Abdullah University Hospital in Jordan and Corniche Hospital in the UAE before joining Mediclinic Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Al Ghazo specializes in caring for extremely premature and critically ill newborns, with particular expertise in both invasive and non-invasive ventilation support and neonatal procedures. In 2020, she completed the Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship Program at Corniche Hospital, which is accredited by ACGME-I (the international accreditation body for postgraduate medical education).

Her diverse background in humanitarian medicine and academic teaching, combined with her specialist training in neonatology, positions her well for managing complex cases in newborn intensive care.
