Dr. Hala Abdallah Al Asaad

Dr. Hala Abdallah Al Asaad is an Arab board-certified pediatrician and neonatologist with over 15 years of experience in pediatric and neonatal intensive care. She specializes in the care of high-risk newborns, premature infants, and complex cases requiring intensive support. She is based at Burjeel, Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Al Asaad has expertise in managing critically ill newborns, including neonatal resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, and airway management. She performs procedures such as endotracheal intubation (tube placement in the windpipe), arterial and venous line insertion, and lung ultrasound. She is experienced in treating neonatal sepsis (serious infection in newborns) and managing premature infants requiring ventilator support. She is also actively involved in multicenter clinical trials aimed at improving neonatal care practices.
