Dr. Jihan Ezzat

Dr. Jihan Ezzat is a Consultant Pulmonologist with over two decades of clinical and academic experience in respiratory medicine. She began her career in Egypt as a faculty member in the Respiratory Department at the Faculty of Medicine, progressing to Professor of Chest Diseases by 2007. During her academic tenure, she taught undergraduate and postgraduate students while managing complex respiratory cases in hospital wards and intensive care units. She has since worked extensively across Gulf countries, bringing advanced respiratory expertise to the region.

Dr. Ezzat diagnoses and treats the full spectrum of lung diseases, from chronic conditions like COPD and asthma to infections such as tuberculosis and inflammatory conditions like pulmonary fibrosis and sarcoidosis. She performs bronchoscopy procedures including lung biopsies and fluid sampling, manages critically ill patients in intensive care, and specializes in sleep-related breathing disorders. She also interprets advanced tests like sleep studies and pulmonary function tests, and guides patients through pulmonary rehabilitation.
