Dr. Keerthi Banavara Ravi is a Consultant Surgical Oncologist at Zulekha Hospital in Dubai and Sharjah, with over 12 years of experience in cancer surgery. He trained at the prestigious Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology in Bangalore, India, and completed an observership in surgical oncology at Nebraska Medical Center in the USA. Before joining Zulekha Hospital, he spent more than eight years at Vydehi Cancer Centre, a leading tertiary cancer center in Bangalore.

Dr. Keerthi's clinical expertise spans a wide range of cancers, including thoracic malignancies (lung, esophageal, and mediastinal cancers), breast cancer, gastrointestinal and genitourinary cancers, and head and neck cancers. He is skilled in both open and minimally invasive surgical techniques, including laparoscopic and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS), as well as cytoreductive surgery with heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) for advanced abdominal cancers. He also has experience in limb-salvage surgery and pediatric cancer surgery.

Dr. Keerthi has contributed significantly to oncology research as a principal investigator in multiple clinical studies, including an ICMR project on early detection of gallbladder cancer. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil, making him accessible to patients from diverse backgrounds.
