Dr. Allam Alkowatli

Dr. Allam Alkowatli is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Liv Hospital Dubai, with extensive training and practice across the United States and the Middle East. He holds American Board certification in interventional cardiology and is a Fellow of both the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Angiography and Intervention—credentials that reflect rigorous specialist training and peer recognition.

Dr. Alkowatli has performed over 4,500 diagnostic angiographies (imaging tests of heart blood vessels) and 3,200 interventional procedures, meaning he uses catheters and specialized equipment to treat heart and vascular problems rather than open surgery. His expertise spans heart failure management, coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, structural heart repairs (such as valve procedures), endovascular aneurysm repair (minimally invasive aortic treatment), pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, echocardiography, and rhythm management. He is also skilled in carotid artery stenting and treatment of vascular conditions.
