Dr. Nashwa Mohamed Abdelaziz Elshazly

Dr. Nashwa Mohamed Abdelaziz Elshazly is a radiologist at Medcare Medical Centre in Dubai with over two decades of experience in diagnostic imaging. She trained in Egypt, earning her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Cairo University, then her Master's degree in Radio Diagnosis from Ain Shams University. She worked as a general practitioner with Egypt's Ministry of Health before specializing in radiology, completing residency at Ain Shams University, and later serving as a specialist radiologist at Al Mouwasat Hospital in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Nashwa performs a full range of imaging modalities including X-rays, ultrasound, Doppler ultrasound, MRI, CT scans and barium studies across all body systems. She has particular expertise in women's health imaging—breast mammography and ultrasound, pregnancy monitoring including high-risk pregnancies and foetal anomaly detection, pelvic imaging, and gynaecological diagnosis. She also specializes in abdominal imaging, paediatric ultrasound, musculoskeletal and neck ultrasound, scrotal imaging, and vascular studies.

Dr. Nashwa is a member of the European Society of Radiology, the Egyptian Society of Radiology, and the Egyptian Doctors Syndicate. She is fluent in Arabic and English and brings a calm, thoughtful approach to patient care.
