Dr. Israa Mouhsen Khalil Al-Mulai

Dr. Israa Mouhsen Khalil Al-Mulai is a Consultant in General Obstetrics and Gynaecology practising at Dubai Health. She holds Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK) and is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG). Dr. Al-Mulai completed her medical degree (MBBS) at the University of Mosul, Iraq, followed by specialist training in the Arab Board in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and further postgraduate qualifications in the UK.

She brings broad experience across obstetric and gynaecological care, including pregnancy management, labour and delivery, and women's health. Dr. Al-Mulai has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Ultrasound Technology Applications, reflecting her commitment to hands-on diagnostic imaging in her field. Her career spans over two decades, including roles across the Middle East and at Dubai Health, where she has worked since 2003 with a brief period at the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
