Dr. Carmen Chiran

Dr. Carmen Chiran is a specialist ENT surgeon with over 25 years of clinical and surgical experience across the UAE, Ireland, and Romania. She has completed her medical training at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila" in Bucharest, followed by specialist ENT internship and head consultant training at the Institute of Phono-Audiology in Romania. She holds a Ph.D. in Medicine with research focused on adjuvant radiotherapy in larynx cancer reconstruction. She is certified as a Specialist ENT Aeromedical Examiner by the GCAA (UAE civil aviation authority).

Dr. Chiran manages a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including hearing loss, tinnitus, balance disorders, and congenital abnormalities. She has particular expertise in pediatric ENT, treating children with recurrent ear infections, sleep-related breathing problems, and structural anomalies. She coordinates audiological testing and rehabilitation as part of comprehensive patient care.
