Dr. Claire Kelleher

Claire is a senior physiotherapist at Mediclinic City Hospital with over 15 years of clinical experience. She graduated from the University of Brighton with a BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2007 and gained diverse experience working in trauma and specialist settings across Ireland and the UK before relocating to the UAE in 2013. Since then, she has spent 12 years at Mediclinic City Hospital, where she specializes in neuro-rehabilitation for both hospital inpatients and outpatients.

Claire focuses on helping patients recover movement and function after stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions. She is trained in specialized techniques including Bobath therapy (a leading approach for stroke and brain injury), vestibular rehabilitation (for balance and dizziness problems), and clinical Pilates. She also has expertise in facial rehabilitation, helping patients regain control and function in facial muscles after nerve damage or injury.
