Dr. Nomesh Kumar Munikoti

Dr. Nomesh Kumar Munikoti is a Specialist Anaesthetist at Aster Hospitals Dubai with an MD in Anaesthesia from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, and a Fellowship in General Education from Manipal University. He has over a decade of clinical experience, having worked as a Consultant Anaesthesiologist at leading hospitals in India including Seven Hills Hospital in Visakhapatnam, Mythri Hospital in Hyderabad, and Continental Hospital in Hyderabad, where he spent seven years.

Dr. Munikoti specializes in both general and regional anaesthesia, with particular expertise in ultrasound-guided techniques. He is skilled in central neuraxial blocks, ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, and ultrasound-guided central venous cannulation. He also manages post-operative pain, provides labour analgesia, and performs procedures such as percutaneous tracheostomy, femoral cannulation, and chemotherapy port insertion. He maintains certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
