Dr. Gad Mehanna Al Snih

Dr. Gad Mehanna Al Snih is an Associate Staff Physician in the Gastroenterology Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Digestive Disease Institute. He trained at the American University of Beirut, where he completed his medical degree, three years of internal medicine residency, a year as Chief Resident, and three years of specialized fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in gastrointestinal motility at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, bringing expertise in complex digestive disorders.

Dr. Mehanna Al Snih diagnoses and treats a wide range of digestive conditions including constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux, swallowing difficulties, and stomach paralysis. He performs diagnostic endoscopy, colorectal cancer screening, and anorectal procedures. His particular focus is on gastrointestinal motility disorders—problems affecting how the digestive system moves food and waste.
