Dr. Desh Deepak

Dr. Desh Deepak is a board-certified intensive care physician with 19 years of clinical experience across India and the UAE. He holds an MD and Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (FCCM), and has trained at leading institutions including the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, PGIMER Chandigarh, and Max Super Speciality Hospital New Delhi. In the UAE, he has held senior positions including head of the critical care unit at VPS Healthcare and senior intensive care physician at King's College Hospital, Dubai, where he currently works as a Specialist at NMC Specialty Hospital, Al Nahda.

Dr. Deepak specializes in managing acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), mechanical ventilation, sepsis, shock, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) — advanced life support that temporarily replaces heart and lung function. He is skilled in point-of-care ultrasound (bedside scanning) and leads morbidity and mortality reviews to improve unit safety and practice.
