Ihsan is a UK-qualified physiotherapist with an MSc in Physiotherapy and BSc in Sports & Exercise Sciences. He has extensive experience managing and preventing musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on sporting injuries—both those caused by trauma and gradual overuse. His career spans public, private, corporate and sports organisations, including the NHS in England, Apple Wellness Centre in London, Oman Football Association, Reading Football Club, and the Ministry of Health and National Sports Council in the Seychelles.

He treats a wide range of conditions including sports-specific injuries, pre- and post-operative recovery from hip and knee replacement, neuromuscular injuries, and general musculoskeletal pain.
