Dr. Saeeda Shahid

Dr. Saeeda Shahid is a General Practitioner with over 14 years of clinical experience across multiple disciplines including obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, emergency medicine, and inpatient and outpatient care. She joined NMC Specialty Hospital in Al Ain in 2015 as a General Practitioner with obstetrics and gynaecology focus. She is known for her caring, individualized approach to patient communication and careful treatment planning.

Dr. Shahid is skilled in conducting normal deliveries, assisting with caesarean sections, and managing high-risk pregnancies. She has expertise in obstetric ultrasound including routine, emergency, and basic protocols. She holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) from the American Heart Foundation, and has completed a Diploma in Ultrasound. Her strong interest in emergency medicine drives her to stay current with the latest medical techniques and best practices.
