Dr. Khaled Elbaba

Dr. Khaled Elbaba is an Associate Staff Physician in the Endocrinology Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Medical Specialty Institute. With 23 years of experience, he has built a strong career across the Middle East, most recently running a large endocrinology practice at Habib Medical Group-Rayan Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and previously serving as an endocrinologist in Bahrain and Lebanon.

Dr. Elbaba specializes in managing adults with diabetes mellitus, including the prevention and treatment of diabetic complications, as well as thyroid and parathyroid diseases. His clinical expertise spans the full spectrum of metabolic and endocrine conditions, from pituitary and adrenal disorders to obesity and metabolic bone disease. He brings deep knowledge of both common and complex endocrine conditions.

He completed his medical degree at Beirut Arab University, followed by residency training in internal medicine and fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the American University of Beirut. His multilingual background (English and Arabic) and experience across multiple healthcare systems make him well-positioned to serve a diverse patient population.
