Prof. Usama Hassan Saleh

Prof. Usama Hassan Saleh is an orthopedic and trauma surgeon with 17 years of experience. He graduated from medical school in Egypt and completed clinical fellowship training in upper extremity surgery at the University of Toronto in Canada. He holds membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MRCS UK) and completed his PhD in knee surgery from Cairo University. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Sharjah and serves as an International AO Trauma Faculty, actively teaching trauma surgery to junior orthopedic surgeons in the region.

Prof. Saleh specializes in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, elbow, and wrist, with particular expertise in sports-related injuries. He has extensive training and interest in joint replacement surgery of the knee, shoulder, and hip. His trauma surgery experience includes advanced training at University of Toronto Hospitals, giving him confidence in managing complex fractures and injuries.
