Dr Tarek Alkhouri is a Specialist Oncologist at Medcare Hospital in Dubai with 14 years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating cancer. He trained in medical oncology at Damascus University in Syria after completing his medical degree at Aleppo University, then began his career at Albeirouni University Hospital before relocating to Dubai, where he has worked at leading cancer centres and served as Chief Medical Oncologist at the Advanced Care Oncology Center.
His clinical expertise spans a comprehensive range of cancers: lung, skin, prostate, breast, colorectal and blood cancers, as well as genitourinary (kidney and bladder), gastrointestinal, head and neck, brain, lymphomas and soft-tissue sarcomas. He is skilled in immunotherapy, biological therapy and cancer screening and prevention, treating both solid tumours and blood-related cancers in adolescents and adults.
