Dr. Rosalyn Balacuit Karlsson

Dr. Rosalyn Balacuit Karlsson is a Specialist Obstetrician-Gynaecologist with 18 years of clinical experience across the UAE. She trained at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and completed her residency at Philippine General Hospital, one of the region's leading teaching institutions. She now practises at NMC Deira in Dubai, and has previously worked at First Medical Center, Medcare Medical Center branches in Dubai, and Al Fuad Medical Center and Heart Beat Medical Center in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Karlsson offers comprehensive women's health services covering antenatal and postnatal care, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, management of miscarriage, basic infertility assessment, and screening for gynaecological cancers. She also manages abnormal uterine bleeding, sexually transmitted infections, and provides contraception and vaccination services. She uses diagnostic hysteroscopy to evaluate and treat intrauterine conditions.
