Dr. Mohamad Khair Ojjeh

Dr. Mohamad Khair Ojjeh is a highly experienced gastroenterologist and hepatologist with 30 years in clinical practice. He trained at Damascus University in Syria (MD in General Medicine, 1985) and Nice University in France (MBChB in Gastroenterology, 1989), where he also completed advanced qualifications in hepatic-gastroenterology and digestive endoscopy. He has worked across multiple healthcare systems in the UAE and Syria, including Al Zahra Hospital, Saudi German Hospital, Hannover Medical Centre, and Shamie Hospital in Damascus.

Dr. Ojjeh specialises in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, ERCP (a minimally invasive procedure for bile duct and pancreas problems), ultrasound assessment, and Stretta therapy—a non-surgical treatment for severe acid reflux (GERD).
