Dr. Kelly Fray

Kelly is a UK-trained physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2007 and has since gained extensive experience in both private and public healthcare settings across the UK and Dubai. She treats a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions using manual therapy, dry needling, soft tissue release and tailored exercise programmes. Her approach blends evidence-based hands-on treatment with personalised care, helping patients understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery.

Beyond general musculoskeletal work, Kelly has developed particular expertise in women's health physiotherapy. She supports women through pregnancy and post-natal recovery, helps with pelvic health concerns including bladder control problems and pelvic pain, and specialises in rehabilitation after childbirth such as healing of abdominal separation. She also treats sports-related injuries, chronic pain conditions and provides running analysis and rehabilitation.
