Dr. Labib Riachi

Dr. Labib Riachi is a double board-certified consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology and female pelvic medicine with reconstructive pelvic surgery. He trained and held senior leadership positions in the United States, serving as Chief of Robotic Surgery, Director of Urogynaecology, and Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in New Jersey before joining Mediclinic. He is recognised for performing his 1,000th robotic surgery and was the busiest robotic surgeon in New Jersey at that time.

Dr. Riachi specialises in advanced robotic and laparoscopic gynaecological surgery, treating conditions including endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, polycystic ovarian disease, and gynaecological cancers. He brings expertise in both reconstructive and cosmetic gynaecology, and has trained numerous doctors and hospital staff in surgical techniques.

Beyond his clinical work at Mediclinic, Dr. Riachi holds the position of Chief of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Moarbes Medical Center in Beirut, Lebanon, is an Assistant Professor at Lebanese University School of Medicine, and is establishing robotic gynaecological programmes in the region, including at Al Quassimi Hospital in the UAE. He works with the latest Da Vinci Xi robotic platform and is a member of the Scientific Board of the International Society of Reconstruction and Aesthetics Intimate Treatment (ISRAIT).
