Dr. Bina Mustafa

Dr. Bina Mustafa is a Consultant Radiologist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi, bringing 20 years of clinical experience in diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology. She trained in both Pakistan and the United States, earning her medical degree from Liaquat Medical College and completing her diagnostic radiology residency at Liaquat National Postgraduate Medical Center. She went on to pursue specialized fellowships in the US across neuroradiology, body imaging, pediatric radiology, vascular and interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine.

Dr. Mustafa's clinical expertise covers a wide range of imaging specialties: she reads brain and spine scans (neuroradiology), performs imaging in children, interprets scans of organs and soft tissues (body imaging), and performs image-guided procedures on blood vessels and throughout the body (vascular and interventional radiology). She is also trained in nuclear medicine imaging. She has contributed to academic medicine as an Assistant Professor at both Stony Brook University Hospital and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she trained future radiologists.

She is fluent in English and Urdu, holds board certification from the American Board of Radiology, and is a Fellow and Member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. Dr. Mustafa is a good fit for patients needing complex imaging interpretation, image-guided interventions, or specialized pediatric or neurological imaging assessments.
