Dr. Mohamed Al Ali

Dr. Mohamed Al Ali is a consultant otolaryngologist (ENT specialist) at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi, bringing 16 years of experience across Canada and the UAE. He holds an M.B.B.S. and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCS(C)), having completed his specialist training in otolaryngology at Dalhousie University in Halifax in 2017. He currently chairs the Thyroid Multidisciplinary Tumour Board at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, reflecting his leadership in complex head and neck cases.

Dr. Al Ali specialises in laryngology (voice box disorders), phoniatric surgery (voice and swallowing), and head and neck cancer surgery. His surgical skills extend across laryngeal laser and reconstruction procedures, upper airway stenosis (narrowed airways), thyroid and parathyroid gland operations, salivary gland surgery, and general head and neck reconstruction. He brings particular expertise in managing laryngeal tumours and complex voice-restoration cases.

He is well suited for patients requiring specialist ENT care, particularly those with voice disorders, thyroid or parathyroid disease, narrow airways, or cancers of the head and neck region who benefit from his multidisciplinary approach.
