Dr. Anjali Vaghela

Dr. Anjali Vaghela is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked in specialist orthopaedic and musculoskeletal settings since qualifying from King's College London in 2014. She trained in both the UK NHS and private sector, and worked as a specialist musculoskeletal and peripheral nerve injuries physiotherapist at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital before relocating to the UAE. She now practises at Mediclinic Dubai.

Anjali treats a wide range of orthopaedic conditions in patients of all ages, including pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries of the upper and lower limbs, peripheral nerve injuries, back pain and scoliosis. To deepen her expertise, she has completed postgraduate training in Western and Traditional Chinese acupuncture, Pilates Matwork, and strength and conditioning for therapists. She uses these techniques to manage common conditions such as osteoarthritis and tendon injuries, and incorporates acupuncture and dry needling as pain management tools.

Her approach is collaborative and goal-focused. She works closely with each patient to help them achieve their rehabilitation and fitness goals, drawing on her strong interest in sports and fitness.
