Dr. Jeffrey Chapman

Dr. Jeffrey Chapman is Chief Quality Officer at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and a Staff Physician in the Pulmonary Medicine Department. He brings 34 years of clinical experience, with deep expertise in complex lung diseases and transplantation. Before relocating to Abu Dhabi, he spent 11 years as a Staff Physician at Cleveland Clinic in the United States, where he built his reputation in specialized respiratory care.

Dr. Chapman specializes in treating scarring of the lung tissue (interstitial lung disease), idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (a progressive form of lung scarring), lymphangioleiomyomatosis (a rare lung disease), connective tissue-related lung disease, and lung transplantation. In his leadership role, he oversees quality and patient safety initiatives across respiratory and critical care services, combining clinical practice with a commitment to implementing the latest technology and evidence-based care.
