Dr. Vivek Karan

Dr. Vivek Karan is a Consultant Neurologist with 19 years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological conditions. He holds a D.M. in Neurology with specialised fellowship training in Stroke and Interventional Neurology, and an M.D. in General Medicine. He practises at NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah, where he focuses on early diagnosis and personalised care tailored to each patient's needs.

Dr. Vivek treats common neurological concerns such as headaches and migraines (including tension headaches and chronic migraines), as well as serious conditions including stroke, nerve disorders causing numbness and tingling, memory loss and cognitive decline, muscle weakness, epilepsy and seizures, and movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease and tremors.
