Dr. Jessica Schwarts Pumar

Dr. Jessica Schwarts Pumar is an ENT specialist trained in Venezuela and Chile, with focused subspecialty training in snoring and obstructive sleep apnea completed in Mexico. She brings extensive experience in treating sleep-disordered breathing across multiple countries, combined with academic and teaching experience throughout Latin America and beyond.

Dr. Schwarts Pumar treats a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions including allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis, ear infections, throat pain, voice disorders, tonsillitis, and adenoiditis. Her particular expertise lies in sleep surgery—she holds a diplomacy in sleep medicine and specializes in managing snoring and obstructive sleep apnea in both adults and children. She also provides sleep coaching guidance for families and children, helping them understand and manage sleep-related breathing problems.

Dr. Schwarts Pumar is a board member of the Ibero-American Society of Sleep Surgery and maintains active membership in several international sleep and otolaryngology societies, including the International Society of Sleep Surgery, European Sleep Research Academy, and International Paediatric Sleep Association.
