Dr. Said J. A. Isse

Dr. Said Isse is a Staff Physician in the Pulmonary Medicine Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Integrated Hospital Care Institute. He trained at prestigious UK institutions including UCL Medical School (where he earned his medical degree) and Papworth Hospital in Cambridge, where he completed his respiratory medicine fellowship. He holds an MRCP qualification from the Royal College of Physicians, London, and a UK Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCT), along with an MBA.

Before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Isse worked as a Consultant Pulmonologist at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he specialized in lung transplantation and cystic fibrosis care. With 18 years of experience, he has developed expertise across the full spectrum of lung diseases, from chronic conditions like COPD and asthma to complex cases requiring transplantation and specialized programmes for bronchiectasis and interstitial lung disease.

Dr. Isse is particularly suited to patients with advanced or complex lung conditions requiring specialist management, as well as those needing coordinated care through dedicated disease programmes. He combines his training in internal medicine with deeper respiratory expertise to provide comprehensive pulmonary care.
