Dr. Elizabeth Mathew

Elizabeth Mathew is a clinical dietitian with more than 10 years of experience in the UAE, currently practising at Zulekha Hospital in Dubai. She holds a Master's degree in Food & Nutrition from Bharathiar University and has previously worked at leading cardiac and critical care centres including St. Gregorios Cardiovascular Center and Frontier Lifeline Hospital in India, bringing expertise in both acute and chronic disease nutrition.

Ms. Mathew provides personalized diet counseling and nutrition therapy for a range of conditions, including weight management, diabetes, kidney disease, and cardiovascular disorders. She works with both children and adults in critical care settings, tailoring nutrition plans to support recovery and long-term health. Beyond clinical practice, she is actively involved in community health education, regularly speaking on radio programmes and hosting webinars to help people understand the link between nutrition and better health.
