Dr. Dina Tantawy

Dina is a physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, working in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. She holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Cairo University, completed in 2014, and is a certified orthopaedic manual therapist through Primephysio UK. She practises at Mediclinic and is fluent in both English and Arabic.

She specialises in treating sports injuries, tendon problems (including Achilles tendon and rotator cuff issues), mechanical neck and back pain, and foot and ankle conditions. Dina uses a range of evidence-based techniques including McKenzie and Mulligan methods, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue mobilisation, dry needling, myofascial release, and kinesio taping. She has particular expertise in helping patients recover from surgery and managing complex musculoskeletal cases through rehabilitation.

Dina is a member of Primephysio International (UK) and serves as an international trainer with IAIM (South Africa). She is a good fit for anyone recovering from injury or surgery, or looking for hands-on therapy to resolve chronic pain in joints and muscles.
