Dr. Sara Helmy

Dr. Sara Helmy is a Specialist Psychiatrist with over 15 years of clinical experience across child, adolescent and adult psychiatry. She graduated from Kasr El Aini at Cairo University, Egypt, and completed her master's degree in Neuropsychiatry in 2014. Dr. Helmy is certified in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical-behaviour therapy (DBT), and holds advanced training in trauma-focused therapies including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). She practises at HealthPoint in Abu Dhabi.
