Dr. Thomas French

Dr. Thomas French is a Consultant Physician with 15 years of clinical experience and triple UK Board Certification in Stroke Medicine, Acute Internal Medicine, and General Internal Medicine. He trained in major teaching hospitals across Europe and holds Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He is registered with both the UK General Medical Council and the Dubai Health Authority, and currently practises at Burjeel in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. French specializes in stroke care, where he is recognized for achieving exceptionally fast treatment times ("door-to-needle"), and in managing acutely unwell patients with complex medical conditions. He brings expertise in designing hospital systems that improve patient safety and staff experience, and has consulted internationally to share his clinical approaches. He is also an experienced medical educator, having taught simulation and clinical skills through Royal College of Physicians programmes.
