Dr. Asma Kamal

Dr. Asma Kamal is a family medicine doctor registered with the UK General Medical Council. She completed her medical degree at the University of Glasgow and then trained through the UK's National Health Service, gaining broad experience across emergency medicine, internal medicine, surgery, psychiatry, and obstetrics and gynaecology. She holds the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), the UK's specialist qualification for general practitioners.

Dr. Asma provides primary care to both male and female patients of all ages. She has a particular focus on women's health and holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is also certified as an IBCLC (Lactation Consultant), specializing in breastfeeding support and the management of feeding difficulties including latch problems, nipple pain, mastitis, and blocked ducts.

Beyond her clinical work at Mediclinic Dubai, Dr. Asma is actively involved in teaching medical students as an adjunct clinical faculty member for Family Medicine at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU). She takes a holistic approach to health, managing acute and chronic illnesses while promoting preventative care and mental health.
